1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging BDX Logistics for any transportation or logistics service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings, contracts, and services provided by BDX Logistics.

2. Services Provided

BDX Logistics provides full load transport, part load transport, air freight, rail transport, vehicle transport, and closed container services. All services are subject to availability, vehicle conditions, and route feasibility at the time of booking.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed with a written or verbal agreement. Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking. Advance payment may be required for certain routes or cargo types. BDX Logistics reserves the right to revise rates based on fuel costs and route conditions.

4. Cargo Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring that cargo is properly packed and labelled before handover. BDX Logistics will not be liable for damage arising from improper packing. Any fragile or high-value items must be declared at the time of booking.

5. Prohibited Items

BDX Logistics does not transport illegal goods, hazardous chemicals, explosives, narcotics, live animals (without prior arrangement), or any items prohibited under Indian law. The customer bears full responsibility for undeclared prohibited items.

6. Transit Insurance

BDX Logistics recommends all customers obtain transit insurance for their cargo. While we take every care in handling your goods, BDX Logistics shall not be held liable for loss or damage caused by factors beyond our control (accidents, natural disasters, civil unrest, etc.).

7. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or force majeure events are excluded from BDX Logistics’ liability.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Advance payments may be subject to cancellation charges depending on the stage of service. BDX Logistics will communicate applicable charges at the time of cancellation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
